Our Services
01 — Initial Consultation
Our first priority is to fully understand your organization’s grant writing needs. We do this by setting up a free 20-minute video call to discuss your current grant writing situation and funding goals. If you’re interested in starting a conversation, please contact us so we can answer any initial questions and send you the scheduling link for an informational interview!
02 — Grant Funding Strategy
After assessing your organization’s needs and determining how we can help, the next step is connecting you with the best grant offerings to match your goals. We do this by conducting extensive research through our grant databases. Over 6-8 weeks, our team will funnel through the many funding options to deliver a Grant Funding Strategy that outlines the strongest grants for your organization to pursue.
03 — Grant Proposal Writing
Using the Grant Funding Strategy as a guide, we will determine the scope of work for each grant proposal. Depending on how your organization would like to proceed, Vibrant Giving can then collaborate to create comprehensive grant proposals for your nonprofit. Your organization will have final approval over any grant materials submitted to potential funders.
04 — Impact Evaluation
We all know that grant funding is a complex and competitive process; that is why we aim to use our team’s expertise to help connect your organization with the best grant opportunities to support your mission!
Once notified of the funding outcomes for a submitted proposal, Vibrant Giving will help you request feedback from the funding organizations. We believe it is important to evaluate the effectiveness of grant materials to identify any areas for improvement in future grant applications.
We also want to equip you to effectively steward the relationships your nonprofit develops with grant funders. By continuously evaluating and communicating the impact that grant funding has on your mission, we believe that grant funders will be more likely to continue supporting your organization during subsequent application cycles.
